(1) venue site visit (client-provided venue)
Coordination with your selected caterer for delivery and pickup and any materials
Coordination with selected florist for delivery to venue and post event delivery (within the Lower Mainland)

Day-of support up to 6 hrs with 2 team members
Post-event light cleanup (up to 1 hour)

Premium Package - Starting from $3,950 recommended (up to 75 guests)

Vendor recommendation and sourcing (venue, caterer, florals, rentals, AV)
Vendor contract negotiation and coordination (we handle quoting & invoicing and coordinate logistics i.e. delivery and pickup)

Day-of support up to 8 hrs with 2–4 team members (includes post event clean up)
