We stay until everything is fully taken care of and all guests have departed. Keepsakes, cards, gifts, guest books, photos, and programs are carefully gathered, the venue is cleared, and attendees are supported as they leave.
Special keepsakes and sentimental items are safely packaged and delivered to the right people, ensuring nothing is left behind or overlooked. If the venue — whether a family home or another location — requires clean-up, we can co-ordinate cleaning before or after the event, so the space is left in order.
If you wish, we can also help co-ordinate the family’s departure, allowing you to leave together without the added responsibility of managing these final moments.
